FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

In this section we graphically show how to fit Eco-Tubo® in a conventional luminary with electromagnetic ballast and starter. If your fixture has four fluorescent tubes and only two ballasts, you need the model EBM-114RD or EBM-114RD M/S. If, on the contrary, it already has an electronic ballast, remove the mains connection to the ballast and connect the neutral to either pin on one end of the Eco-Tubo® and phase to either of the two pins at the other end. Again, contact us by phone or email; we are here to help you.

PRODUCTS

Eco-Tubo® is an adapter that lets you use the state-of-the-art T5 fluorescent tubes in luminaries designed for the older, thicker, slightly longer, more polluting and less efficient T8 and T12 tubes. There are specific models for each format to replace standard T8: 18W, 25W, 36W and 58W, which differ by their specific lengths (60cm, 90cm, 120cm and 150cm respectively). There are also models to provide more light (200%) where required, without increasing the number of lights, the Eco-Tubo® HO models. Each Eco-Tubo® consists of an aluminium physical adapter, an integrated electronic ballast, a reflector that increases light efficiency and a standard T5 fluorescent tube, detachable for its possible replacement. The set fulfils the same functions as the well-known "low consumption CFL bulb", providing energy savings of up to 50% for conventional fluorescent tubes.
Optionally, Eco-Tubo® is available with General Electric LongLast™ or WattMiser™ fluorescent tubes. We also offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years. Check conditions.
